We understand that we all may not be able to attend our clinic for various reasons and the time of COVID has made this more apparent than ever! We are pleased to continue to offer our Telehealth services and provide high quality health care in the comfort of your home.
How does it work?
From our online booking platform, please make sure you book an “Telehealth Consultation”. If you would prefer, you can contact us to make an appointment over the phone.
We will send you a link to join a meeting which can be accessed via your smart phone, tablet or laptop. Please note that you will need both a camera or microphone enabled to achieve the most benefit out of your consultation. Our Telehealth consultations are encrypted. After the completion of your appointment, our reception team will call you to organise any follow up appointments and make payments over the phone.
If you are planning to claim through a private health fund, you will need to do this manually through your health insurance. We will send you an invoice of the appointment for your insurer.
