Firstly, we develop a personalised training schedule specific to your goals or competition calendar.
Secondly, we will assess the movement techniques which you need for your specific sport or activity.
We then move into developing the required muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.
Lastly, we work on developing sports or activity specific movements addressing balance, coordination, agility, power and speed.
The sessions are developed by experienced clinicians who focus on safety, detail, and individual needs.. Options are flexible and can be conducted 1:1 or in small group settings of 3 to 5 people.
