Karen Westcott

Karen Westcott is a Principal Physiotherapist at Lilyfield Physiotherapy with expertise in musculoskeletal care, spinal injuries, neck pain, headaches, back pain, and persistent pain. She graduated from the University of Sydney and began her career in Sydney hospital settings before moving into private practice. Since joining Lilyfield Physio in 2013, Karen has become known for her warm, evidence-based, client-centred approach. She is also a Level 2 DMA Clinical Pilates practitioner with advanced skills in movement analysis and biomechanical assessment.
