Angel Nang

Exercise Physiologist

Angel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong interest in supporting people to restore their health, build strength and move with greater confidence and ease. She graduated from University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology in 2022 and her clinical expertise includes working with individuals managing a range of cardiometabolic disease, dementia, cancer, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.

She takes a whole-person approach to care, focusing not just on symptoms but on the person behind them. Clients often describe feeling seen and understood in her sessions, with care that meets them where they are and supports where they want to go. Angel draws on principles of strength-based rehabilitation and progressive conditioning to help people rebuild physical capacity and regain a sense of agency in their health. She has a particular interest in supporting older adults and those living with long-term health conditions to restore vitality and improve day-to-day function.

On weekends, you’ll often find Angel running by the Bay or happily diving into reviews about the latest in running shoe technology. It’s her favourite blend of movement and nerding out.
