Kat Au | Physiotherapist / BPhty, MClinPhysio

Kat is a registered physiotherapist in Australia and Hong Kong. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Hong Kong Polytechnic University before moving west to complete her Master of Clinical Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Perth.

Kat brings extensive clinical experience across both hospital and private practice settings, treating everything from acute sports injuries and workplace conditions to complex musculoskeletal pain. She takes an integrative, hands-on approach to care, utilising clinical Pilates, manual therapy, dry needling, modern cupping techniques, and tailored therapeutic exercise. Her deep belief in movement as medicine also led her to become a certified NASM International Personal Trainer.

Kat holds a dedicated clinical focus on adolescent and adult idiopathic scoliosis. As a certified Schroth therapist, she stays at the forefront of non-surgical scoliosis care, having completed refresher training with the globally recognised International Schroth
3D Scoliosis Therapy (ISST) institute.

Outside the clinic, Kat stays active with strength training and Pilates, and she loves hunting down the best coffee in Sydney.
