"As an Exercise Physiologist, I understand how the body responds to exercise, and the benefits it can have on many conditions. Many things can stop someone from being active, whether it be injury or cancer. What I really enjoy about my job is finding the best option for each individual, to build confidence in their body, and get back to doing what they love."
