Aedon Wilson

Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist (BExPhysio&Rehab, MPhty)

Aedon graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation, and subsequently, a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. As a dual qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, Aedon is in an excellent position to manage injuries and conditions from an acute and chronic perspective.

Throughout his professional career, Aedon has worked in private practice and occupational health settings, as well as along side semi-professional Australian Football teams in Sydney’s highest league.

In addition to his role at Lilyfield Physiotherapy, Aedon currently works at The MetroRehab Private Hospital, where he provides physiotherapy management and services to postoperative and neurological patients within an inpatient and outpatient setting.

Aedon has developed a keen interest for chronic and persisting pain, post-operative management, occupational health, running-related injuries, and sports injuries. Aedon is a large advocate of using passive and active approaches to facilitate selfmanagement, so that the patient can regain control of their condition and/or injury. In his spare time, Aedon enjoys running and hiking, as well spending time with friends and family.
