Researchers from the University of Queensland reviewed the scientific evidence for workplace-based interventions for office workers with neck pain. The study was published in the journal Physical Therapy.

The study found that regular exercise to strengthen the neck and shoulder muscles were the most effective intervention and was of greater benefit than trying to find the ideal ergonomic setup.
