Dream of a stronger back?

For over 20 years, Lilyfield Physio has been running Back Pain Rehabilitation classes to manage episodic back pain.  The Back Strong classes;

  1. Let you enjoy moving safely and without pain
  2. Re-train natural movement patterns which;
    1. target activation of the deep core muscles.
    2. release stiff parts of the spine which have become locked by muscle tension
  3. Progress exercises safely to strengthen and prevent a recurrence

These evening classes have a program of 10 sessions which are run during the school term.

They run for 60 minutes and have 6-8 people in each class.

How do I get started?

Before joining the classes, we’ll give you an assessment and discuss which exercise class option will be most beneficial for you.

Rehabilitation classes are claimable under your private health insurance physiotherapy extras cover.
