If you have been diagnosed with cancer, structured exercise may be the last thing on your mind, particularly when going through difficult treatments. Evidence based guidelines recommend that all people with cancer exercise regularly to help tolerate and recover from cancer treatments.
Our exercise physiologists can help by prescribing an appropriate program for you, taking into account:
- Your medical history
- Exercise and physical activity history
- Condition and treatment plan
