These are a progressive combination of postural corrections, trunk strengthening, back care and general fitness which are taught in relaxed, small group sessions.
Back classes are an important and easy way to improve your back strength and find a sustainable solution to constant or episodic back pain. We find that some people work better a supervised class environment.
We offer an exercise class especially designed to cater for Mothers with new babies. This class addresses the specific postural and strength issues arising from pregnancy, childbirth and early parenting.
In particular, these classes focus on abdominal, pelvic floor and buttock toning and teach you how to move your body correctly so as to avoid back pain and regain your figure.
Our classes are small and you are welcome to bring your baby.
Fitbones is a small exercise class designed to prevent the onset or progression of osteoporosis.
The exercises focus on posture control to direct the line of gravity through the vertebral bodies and hip joints to ensure that the body is weight bearing correctly through your bones. The exercises use body weight, hand weights and balance strategies to make up a thorough exercise routine.
