How long are appointments?
A thorough assessment of your problem will normally involve an initial consultation of 45-60 minutes with follow up visits of 20-30 minutes.
Do I need a referral?
A doctor's referral is not required for physiotherapy, unless the consultation falls under Worker's Compensation or the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
What are the current fees and are they rebateable?
Fees are dependent on the duration of the consult. For information regarding fees, Medicare and insurance rebates, please contact our friendly reception staff.
What is the cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required for cancellation, otherwise a non attendance fee will be charged that is non-rebateable through your insurance company.
When is the clinic open?
Current opening times are:
Monday 7:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesday 7:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesday 7:00am - 7:30pm
Thursday 7:00am - 8:00pm
Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 1:00pm
Phones are attended from 8:00am daily till 6:00pm.
